ISNIC website down

Today, between 10:38-11:24 the ISNIC website, and connected services (whois, RDAP, EPP, mail, phones) went offline. We were doing maintenance on routers. But a software error caused all traffic to stop flowing when a router was shutdown. We're investigating steps to take to stop this from happening again.
