In order to use ISNIC's timeservers you configure your clock to use is.pool.ntp.org see
https://www.pool.ntp.org/zone/is

If you run your own NTP server you can use :
	server ht-time01.isnic.is #stratum 1
	server tg-time01.isnic.is #stratum 2
